The persecution of the Montenegrin Orthodox Church continues
The persecution of the Montenegrin Orthodox Church in Montenegro continues. Disturbing messages are coming from Albania from the very top of the country, deepening the divisions in the Orthodox being of Montenegro.
This time, the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Zdravko Krivokapić, called the Montenegrin Orthodox Church a “so-called” and “NGO organization” in a public statement after a meeting with Angela Merkel in neighboring Albania, thus violating the laws and the constitution of Montenegro, not recognizing a single religious community, while spreading interfaith intolerance.
No decision that is made can be unconstitutional, illegal and on the detriment of anyone. This is all about property and this attack on property started with the formation of the so-called The Montenegrin Orthodox Church, whose only goal was not to establish faith, but to return the property, so that the property could be used either by the state or that NGO.
